CLOSED POSITION

The KEEP ME COOL TM BOTTLE COOLER consists of a telescopic tube control mechanism that moves the tubes inside the cooling chamber.

The cover is made with a specially designed shutter folding mechanism that able to fold into one single unit.

OPEN POSITION

When the rider manually pushes the lever or turns the switch ON, the cover opens and the first telescopic tube slides into the second tube, and again both telescopic tubes slides inside the Ice Chamber.

ICE CHAMBERS

There are two Ice Chambers, one is located in the back of the cooler and the other is located on top of the cooler, both are designed to release the cool air to the cooling chambers and other areas of the BOTTLE COOLER to keep the water bottle cool for more than 16hours.

SIGZEEN AUTO REFILLER The AUTO REFILLER water bottle is designed to automatically refill water from the COOL BUG water reservoir. Every time the water level in the bottle is low the COOL BUG reservoir will pump and fill the bottle up with cool and clean water.

COOL BUG WATER RESERVOIR

The COOL BUG water reservoir holds 2 liters of cool clean water. The reservoir is made with light weight aluminum outer shell and a special inner layer that keeps the water cool for more than 16 hours.

Each time the water bottle is taken out from the Bottle Cooler and replaced the water will circulate through the reservoir and pump clean cool water into the water bottle.

The COOL BUG is operated with 4 rechargeable NiMH batteries and each charge will last approximately 2 weeks depending on use.
